ADMIN OFFICER – Maintenance (Part-time)

22 hours per week Mon-Fri – flexible
Pro-rata £15,212 – £16,477)
(Local scale 4 (SCP7-12) FTE £25,584 – £27,711)

Burgess Hill Town Council is at the forefront of providing a wide range of services for the local community and we are seeking a highly motivated and conscientious individual to help with administrative and support tasks in our busy Maintenance and Operations Team, including reviewing risk assessments and managing job sheets.

Working closely with Head of Maintenance, Operations Services Co-ordinator and Head of Projects this is a varied role offering plenty of job satisfaction and interaction with both the maintenance team and the public.

The successful candidate will have a good standard of written and spoken English, be methodical, dependable and organised. A valid driving licence will be an advantage.  If you think you fit the bill and we are your next career move, we would love to hear from you.

This post is based in the offices at Burgess Hill Town Council but may include site visits and some occasional working at the offsite maintenance depot.
