The Living well Programme  is pleased to announce new dates for upcoming course starting in January 2024.

The details of the next FREE 6-week online courses are as follows:

Wednesdays, from 17th January – 21st February 2024, 10am – 12pm
Tuesdays, from 23rd January – 27th February 2024, 6pm – 8pm
Mondays, from 19th February – 25th March 2024, 2pm – 4pm
Tuesdays, from 20th February – 26th March 2024, 10am – 12pm

Thursdays, from 1st Feb – 7th March 2024, 10am – 12.30pm HORSHAM
Wednesdays, from 14th Feb – 20th March 2024, 10am – 12.30pm BRIGHTON
