Check Your Health Day – Are you thinking about your health?

For those who are worried, or just want some advice, Check Your Health Day will be held on Saturday 2 March, 10am – 2pm, at Cyprus Hall, Burgess Hill. Free blood pressure and blood glucose tests are available, as well as advice from Mid Sussex Wellbeing and Places Leisure (The Triangle Leisure Centre). Booking is recommended, and tickets are available via our Ticketsource.
