Promoting your event

If you are looking to promote a local community event, Burgess Hill Town Council might be able to help by adding the event to our online diary, promoting it on our website and displaying event posters in our Help Point & Tourist Information Centre and on Noticeboards around the town.

About Town Magazine

Click on the following link for more information on advertising within our About Town magazine (distribution to 12,600 households / 30,000 residents as well as local retailers and partner organisations / libraries / tourist information).

Banners

Any requests for banners to be erected must be passed to the Town Council’s Help Point, telephone: 01444 247726, email: helppoint@burgesshill.gov.uk who will then check if space is available.

The organisation must supply a copy of their £5 million Public Liability Insurance and also complete a form prior to the erection of the banners. Click here to view and download the form for consent to advertise.
